In response to increased physician demand for building ownership, Tegra built the Medical Plaza at Spectrum office condos adjacent to the new Mercy Gilbert Hospital campus.  This sixteen-building complex offers suites ranging in size from 1,800 square feet to 8,000 square feet, and was built with a combination of stone and EIFS.
