St. Mark's MOB North is the second building Tegra has completed on the St. Mark's hospital campus.  This six-story EIFS building is directly connected to the hospital on the first and second floors.  Major tenants include internal medicine, orthopedics, bariatrics, and cardiology.  The ongoing occupancy rate for this building since completion in 1991 has been in excess of 98%.
