Since 1978, Tegra Healthcare Properties has been working with healthcare providers to create and develop medical properties throughout the United States. We have developed over 2.5 million square feet of medical space, finalized transactions with hundreds of medical providers, and maintained an overall occupancy rate of 97% within our project base.
